I realize that it was time to consume more fruits and vegetables during meals.  At least I finally got in some much needed activity.  Between 8:00 PM and 10 PM, I consumed most of my foods yesterday.  I just got back from the grocery store and I tend to consume a large meal or two.  That is when I need to not only make a list, but I need to make a plan.
