I am doing okay.  Whenever I say that, that means that I am not doing all of the things I should be doing, like drinking water and eating fruits and vegetables.  That is why I think making a meal plan or menu is so important.  I am a diabetic and I would like to lose 1-2 pounds a week which would take about a year to do so.  I am over 100 pounds overweight, and I know it will be hard.  Learning how to eat is very important to me and so is exercise.  It doesn't look to be that way judging from the lack of activity, but I would like to change.  I have all of these plans and all of these schedules that I have no idea what to do with them.  I also have trouble eating in moderation at times.  I tend to consume larger portions of food.
