Total number of calories: 1800
Somewhat hungry due to the amount of calories consumed; should consume at least 1200-1800 calories per day, yet I should consider weight and height as two factors
Be specific as what to consume as far as eating and drink

Here is the Weight Watchers tracked menu for 4/20/15.  I am not terribly off, but I am just a bit off of the mark.  I don't feel bad about the food that I consumed, though I could have split or consumed smaller portions of what I had for lunch.
