Here is what I consumed today
Yogurt and more yogurt
Fruits: apple, bananas, strawberries, and grapes
French fries
Turkey and cheese sandwich
Raisin Bran cereal with reduced fat milk
I wish I could eat the kind of food that is like other people on a healthy diet. How do I get over the struggle that comes with eating the way that I do? I would like to do that.
