Today, I have learned that drinking water, as well as exercise, doesn't erase a day of eating a poor diet. The worse the diet, the less water I drink. Those are things that I have noticed. I also notice that there are certain foods that no matter how good they are for the taste buds are more than likely bad for my health, even in smaller portions. I have also learned about formulating a plan which will increase the likelihood of my losing more weight. Here is today's journal entry: Source
