My very own food journal. I guess this will be a food and drink consumption journal rather. I am not sure if this will a traditional one, however. It will most likely also contain views on diet, exercise, and weight.

My intake for the day and my plan
I just came back from the store over an hour ago and I am beat. However, I manage to consume a few snacks today such as wheat crackers and cashews. Unfortunately, I did not take the time to eat much in terms of healthy foods such as loads of fruits and vegetables and whole grain. However, I purchased many healthy and I plan to eat healthy this month.
