I realize that I should have consumed more fruits and vegetables throughout the course of a day.  I should also realize that activity should also be a part of my plans as well.  I was quite depressed today.  Whenever I am depressed, I don't feel like eating.  I have eaten one point more than I meant to, but I think I did okay today.
