1. How do I formulate a diet where activity can fit in?

2. Where do I fit in vegetables and fruits and also whole grains?

3. What would be an example of a healthy oil?

4. What are examples of milk products?

I ask these questions because I wonder if I need help with a meal plan.  I know that vegetables and fruits are and should be used in every meal, but what role can and should play in where to consume fruits and vegetables.  Even if I were to walk for 15 minutes, that would be enough.  I do wonder how many days per week should I walk?  How long should I walk?  What time of the day do I exercise? Those are things that I am concerned about, for now.
