There was no specific time when I consumed tea or water. The problem with me is that I am never really full, even for a few minutes. I am a person who binges or overeats and this journal could be a lesson as to why I binge or overeat. I have had these issues that stem from childhood and it seems like I still am having to deal with these issues.
