My very own food journal. I guess this will be a food and drink consumption journal rather. I am not sure if this will a traditional one, however. It will most likely also contain views on diet, exercise, and weight.

Journal entry for 7/22/15
Today I started off wrong. I ate no breakfast. I have heard about being the most important meal of the day, and needless to say, I ate no breakfast. I have been honest lately about my frustrations. No matter how hard I try, it is as if I can't follow a plan or eat healthy. I have no idea what to do. I have gotten healthier due to exercise. However, I am in need of help due to eating healthy. I tend to consume the most calories at lunchtime. There are times when I don't eat breakfast because I don't have any healthy foods to eat for breakfast, I don't want to, and I am afraid to. The truth is, I feel like I need some divine intervention for all of this. I have not lost and I have not gained any weight. In fact, the scale did not budge. I know that I am not at a plateau, so something has to be done. A shortened grocery list and a realistic plan and comments about exercise have done little to help. I also believe that at least the littlest bit of patience goes a mighty long way.
