My very own food journal. I guess this will be a food and drink consumption journal rather. I am not sure if this will a traditional one, however. It will most likely also contain views on diet, exercise, and weight.

Journal entry for 7/26/15
As I have seen, I should have had at least one snack. I was incredibly tired and took a nap. This is not an excuse not to nap however. I have also learned not to consume two meals worth in one sitting. I totally lacked self-control yesterday afternoon. I ate after 3pm yesterday. I ate breakfast, and a rather small one, at around 9am, Yesterday, I have just learned that snacking is just as important as a balanced breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is a certain fear I have about food that I need to overcome. That is why I feel that I have to face that fear head on.
