My very own food journal. I guess this will be a food and drink consumption journal rather. I am not sure if this will a traditional one, however. It will most likely also contain views on diet, exercise, and weight.

Admitting a few things
Lately, I have been consuming more calories than I was supposed to. I know that this is not the traditional journal but I am here to write out my thoughts and feelings as well. My goal is to lose 100 pounds and I have a long way to go. I realize that it is up to me and no one else to lose the weight. I can complain about poor eating habits but I have trouble changing them. Maybe the problem is I buy trigger foods. That will go a long way into sabotaging weight loss efforts. I also consume at times too much sodium and junk food and not enough fruits and vegetables. I don't eat enough servings of fruits and vegetables. In fact, I had to throw some fruit away and that is not a good thing. Some fruits just don't last long. My weight has gone up and I feel like because I have eaten so much in the past week, my health is in decline. I also stopped exercising and I am struggling to reach my goals, at least for a week. Now I finally realize that the answer to all of this frustration is to keep things simple.
