My very own food journal. I guess this will be a food and drink consumption journal rather. I am not sure if this will a traditional one, however. It will most likely also contain views on diet, exercise, and weight.

Journal entry for 8/24/15
Follow the plan that I have created. I have more often than not failed to plan a meal plan that is easy to follow. At least it should be easy to follow. I tend to change my mind often. That is the problem. I did follow breakfast to the tee this morning. This afternoon, at around 12:30-1:00 PM, I did not eat a light lunch. I have realized that though I have eaten the fruits and vegetables today, I also consumed a larger helping of pasta primavera. It was good, yes, but I have to be mindful of my eating. That is what is going on with my eating habits. I am having a rather difficult time trying to create a healthy menu for myself. I am doing better as far as my weight goes, so I am doing something right. However, I am not eating in moderation, nor am I measuring my foods.
