Food journal entry for 4/8/17

Overwhelming thoughts
From 4/4/17
I have a whole lot to think about.  Trying to write down all I ate and drank would be time consuming. Okay, I'm exaggerating.  However, it is basically leftovers from yesterday and some treats.  I think that the diet that I have been postponing to utilize I will no longer postpone.  Today was a wake up call.  I hope that it remains such.
