Journal entry for 4-16-17

Breakfast
Apple
Raisin

Snack 1
Glazed dougnut

Snack
Chocolate candy bunny

Lunch
3 slices of ham
1 cup of macaroni and cheese shells
1 cup of baked beans
2 rolls

Dinner
2 slices of ham
1/2 cup of macaroni and cheese shells

I am actually okay with what I ate.  Why?  I did the best I could to consume in moderation all things considered.  I need to eat in moderation more often.  I do consume too many sweets and salty foods and not enough fruits and vegetables.  I have not eaten out in a while, so it does feel pretty good to actually to cook, which is what I love to do.  Today is a holy day, that is why I don't feel guilty what I ate.  However, there is room for improvement.
