Food journal entry for 9/13/16

I realize that eating more due to exercise can cause me to eat more and not eat well.  I have decided to stay within the 1200 calorie limit.  I have to see that I cannot consume but small portions of food while drinking large quantities of water.  That is a lesson that I have learned today.  I have also learned that planning meals ahead of time also helps in losing weight.  Here is the plan I created last night for today: Source..
