Journal entry for 9/23/16

I am thankful for God and His miracles.  I have written into a brand new journal about why I wanted to lose weight.  The truth is, denial and complacency and guilt have always been the issues.  Why do I feel this way?  That is the question.

I consumed more food thinking I was hungry.  I usually think that I am hungry when I could actually be thirsty.  That is something else I have learned today.
