Food Journal entry 9/10/16

It has been a while since I have made an entry in this forum.  I have gone to one forum after the next and it can be quite frustrating.  However, I realize that it is up to me to stay in that frustration.  My goal is to consume 1200 calories a day.  So far, it is working.  My goal is to lose between 6-16 pounds within six weeks, which would come unto an average of 10-11 pounds a week.  My hope is that I will continue reaching those goals.
