Journal entry for 9/19/16

I am not going to express how bad a day today is.  However, I have been concerned about one thing. The concern is my eating habits.  I am learning to drink more water even though my eating habits are in need of a little work.  Okay, a lot of work.  I can and will end up eating healthy and in smaller portions.  If I put my mind to it, I can accomplish anything.  My goal is not perfection but progress. It has been recommended that 1200-1500 calories a day plus enough vigorous exercise would be helpful in losing weight.  I feel like every area of my life is a struggle.  However, life is not fair and we all struggle at something.
