Menu for 12/4/14

I have lost 5 pounds within the past 2 weeks.  How did I do it?  I have no clue.  I did not diet.  I did not exercise...much.  I just ate and did light exercise.  Anyways, here is what I consumed today:

Breakfast
Chocolate and Banana

Lunch
Pasta with Cheese and Meat Sauce

Dinner
Pasta with Cheese and Meat Sauce

Snack 1
Crackers

Snack 2
Crackers

Snack 3
Crackers

Snack 4
Cereal with 2% milk
