Blood sugar: night time: 113
Weight: 303
Conditions: Polycystic ovarian syndrome, high blood pressure, high blood sugar, and diabetes


Breakfast

Boost Glucose Control Creamy Strawberry shake

4 loaves of honey wheat bread

Lunch
2:50 pm - 3:00 pm
Spaghetti and meatballs
2 cups whole grain spaghetti
4  meatballs with sauce

Dinner
4:30 pm
Spaghetti and meatballs.
2 cups whole grain spaghetti
4  meatballs with sauce

There was no specific time when I consumed tea or water.  The problem with me is that I am never really full, even for a few minutes.  I am a person who binges or overeats and this journal could be a lesson as to why I binge or overeat.  I have had these issues that stem from childhood and it seems like I still am having to deal with these issues.
