This is my idea of how to write a journal.  At least it is a traditional one.  I wish that I had done this before. That is okay that it hasn't always been a traditional journal.  This is about my feelings.  I wonder if this is a journal which could help me to lose weight and to keep it off.  I do tend to binge or overeat, which is bad for my health.  I consumed that around 11 am.  That was my breakfast.  It is a bad idea to consume an unhealthy breakfast or no breakfast at all.  I also have an issue with not logging it down.  It is a dishonest way to make myself look good. There is no way that I can make myself look good.  I have consumed three bowls of sweetened corn flakes cereal, half a pack of crackers, and popcorn with extra melted butter.  By the way, the popcorn also had butter.  That is at least 1500 extra calories that I did not log in.  If I wish to lose weight, I would have to log in no matter what.
