Food journal entry for 1/29/17

Breakfast (9-10 AM)
two turkey sausage patties

Snack 1 (usually around 11AM)
graham crackers

Lunch (2-4 PM)
macaroni and cheese
chicken drumstick
green beans
long grain and wild rice

Snack 2 ( PM)
graham crackers

I have no idea what I will consume for dinner.  Based on what I have eaten and the measurements of what I have eaten, the total amount of calories will be strangely enough just over 1200 calories.  I have an account on myfitnesspal, and my calorie limit is 1670.  This means that I will have 450+ calories left.  I have realized, however, that I usually think I am hungry at times whenever I am at home.  On Sundays, I don't always eat breakfast, but breakfast is usually eaten at 9:00 AM.
