Livestrong journal entry and musing 1/2/17

I have not made an entry in the past few months because I was just tired.  I want to start all over and get less than overwhelmed.  That has been the reason things have always seemed so hard.  I am easily overwhelmed.  I often pray to learn how to do what is hard.  The main problem is, what I think is hard may actually be easy.  I do not eat healthy and I admit that.  I also admit that I don't consume enough fruits and vegetables and too much sodium and sugar.  How do I change that, I would like to know?
