Food journal entry for 1/30/17

Cups: 2 cups of water
Emotions: Okay, but confused as to what to consume today

Time of day or evening (breakfast): 1:15 PM
Time of day for lunch:  2:00 PM
Time of day for dinner: 7:15 PM

It is quite awkward because I also drank sweet tea more than I drank water.  I have made no plan to eat healthy.  Following a nutritionist can be hard.  I have to change my thinking when it comes to how to plan meals and what I should eat per meal.
