Today and yesterday

I wonder how healthy cashews are compared to almonds and peanuts.  That is what I purchased yesterday. I purchased the cashews without the salt and they were okay.  They are not as expensive as almonds but they aren't too bad.

Today I realized how bad my diet truly is.  While I do eat healthy foods, I don't eat healthy overall.  I failed to not purchase any trigger foods such as crackers and chips.  I feel like giving up but I have to keep going. I realize that I have to do something about it before my diabetes gets worse.  I don't want to binge but it feels like that is what I did today.  I realized today how much help I needed and still need.
