Barley and WW

I am not sure at one time that I would be committed but now they have a coach.  So far it has been easy to commit.  Unfortunately I have trouble committing for a long period of time.  Nowadays my health and my wallet depends on my commitment to the WW program.  Today I consumed barley, which is good with soup.  I may have consumed too much barley which is gummy like rice with too much water.  The taste isn't bad but it needs to be doctored up.  So what I did was doctor it up with salt and some Progresso soup.  Oh, I also have to learn how to consume healthy foods.  I was given a maximum of 43 points with 49 weekly points.  I use the points system and so far, so good.
