Admittedly, I did not eat a healthy diet today.  Lately I have been having headaches and stomachaches and I wonder now if my diet has to do with it.  I have learned that one learns something new everyday.  Today I have learned that some research is good as long as it isn't time wasting and has something to do with obsessive thoughts, but that is for another blog.  I lost weight today and I plan to continue to do so for however long it takes until I reach my goal.
