Notes
I love cheese and maybe a bit too much. I have learned that eating even the healthiest food in moderation can go a long way into weight loss. I believe that a tablespoon or an ounce of cheese is enough. I eat way too much cheese and too much of the wrong stuff and even too much fruit. That is a lesson that I have learned this week.
