I am cheating on this "diet". Maybe that is the trouble. I am cheating...diet. Diet implies one thing while a healthy lifestyle implies something different. I admit that I tend to leave food items out because I didn't want to appear like I am a failure. Those are moments that I fear that I have and continue to screw up. I am now overwhelmed. The problem is I tend to overwhelm easily and a calm mind is beneficial for weight loss, at least for me.
