I am glad to be not only making my own chili, but also to realize that eating healthy is a choice.  I hope that it is a choice that I hope to continually make.  I don't know if I self sabotage, but I guess deep down that is what I did earlier this morning.  I don't feel ashamed however, but I realize that if I am going to a convenient store, then I better choose a Kind bar and a diet soda.  Anyways, there is always next time.
