I have hypoglycemia.  I have blood sugar lows which include headaches and feelings of hunger.  That was I ate so much today.  I sometimes wonder why I didn't always have normal blood sugars.  Unlike yesterday, I didn't consciously consume a lot of food.  I just hope that I would feel better about my progress and about my health.  I just want to eat healthy and that is my goal for now.
