Today I am taking a break from exercising.  Right now, I have 39 WW points which is what I kind of expected considering my weight loss.  I will have to eat smaller portions and more fruits and vegetables.  So far, I have been incorporating more fruits and vegetables into my diet and I feel so much better for doing so.  I love snacking but I could use the extra points.
