This is a blueprint and only a blueprint of what I really eat.  If I want to stop binge eating, I have got to be honest about what I eat and what I am really doing to myself.  I had apologize for my lack of exercise regimen and also for my poor eating habits.  Sometimes I overwhelm easily and other times it is because there is so much food available that I am unable to turn my "hunger" off.  Today it could have been both.  Either way, I know that I need help.  I am concerned that I have made no real progress when it comes to weight loss and I am not making the kind of progress that I should be making.  That makes me sad.
