I went shopping today.  I tend to eat more during the course of a day later on because of my shopping schedule.  I don't shop often, but when I do, I tend to shop for the month.  My weight has dropped a few more pounds.  I don't think about it much anymore at least the number of points that I consume per day.  It isn't that hard but I know that it will still be work.
