Notes
I have felt like giving up, even on Weight Watchers. It is as if I have been living and eating, mindlessly. I have had this issue for years. I honestly don't know what the true cause is. I wish I did, but I think that it controls me instead of me controlling my eating habits. I promised that I will be on the program for a year. I have not progressed. I have regressed to the points where I have a deficit in terms of remaining points.
