I am going to be honest.  I tend to overeat later at night.  I don't mean too.  It is as if I am hungry when I know I have a problem.  I gained four pounds since I begin to binge.  I have been under some stress lately and I don't like the fact that I eat so much.  I have not tracked this because I am ashamed. That is what should tell me something.  I also tire of my weight going up and down.  I am making not as much progress as I like, but I won't give up.  This is my third month on Weight Watchers and this is my third time on the problem.  I don't want to beat myself up so what is the best I can do? Continue with the program and live another day.  That is what I plan to do.
