Mood: I procrastinate way too much. That finally has me concerned.  That is why my exercise thread has been closed.  I am embarrassed at the number of posts in which I have made excuses and procrastinated.  I haven't always followed the original plans that have been set for me.  As I am writing this, I am realizing that taking things slow and making small changes have been helpful.  My small changes have helped me to lose four pounds so far and because of that, I am concerned and happy.  The concern is there because I do indeed procrastinate.  I don't remember a time where doing something at the last minute has ever been helpful for me, including when I was "trying" to eat healthy.  I admit that I don't.  I tend to consume what is available in the house. yet "upon further inspection", I do have healthy food in the house and there are plans that I need to follow.  I am not a rocket scientist, but that doesn't matter.   I think that I have done well, but I don't just want to think about the calories.  I also want to think about the quality of the foods and the portions of the food that I have eaten.  That would make all of the difference in the world.  Here is my Spark people journal:
