Progress with journal entry and commentary for 8/4/15

I still suffer the consequences for my "free day".  My "free day" is anything but free.  With freedom comes a price and I am paying the price.  The price is referring to diabetes and pain.  I hope that I didn't thwart even the littlest bit, when it comes to my weight loss efforts.
